Marketing Specialist - Operations

Luxe Talent, International recruitment agency specialized in Fashion, is currently seeking for a professional and dynamic Marketing Specialist for an Italian Luxury Brand in Milan.

Job Description:

 

 Promotional & operational MARKETING for Italy and Spain:

·         Implementation of sales staff trainings

·         Develop trade promotions with the international teams and implement them locally

·         Prepare and develop the seasonal activity plans

·         Develop specific marketing activity plans

·         Manage and monitor local point-of-sale (POS) advertising and brand identity

 

Communication and PR :

·         Build media planning & ‘online’ planning’s

·         Search, follow-up and steer local (national) partnerships and sponsorships

·         Define and implementation of brands’ events

·         Work closely with the local PR agency for press release and editorials.

·         Marketing Budget follow-up

·         Prepare annual budget in collaboration with Sales Director

·         Monthly follow-up of the budget

 

Requirements:

  • Education : degree or master degree level (business school or similar)
  • Experience : 2/5 years in a similar job
  • Rigorous and autonomous
  • Ability to define and to implement projects
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Great interest for sales
  • Experience in Trade Marketing
  • Italian mothertongue , English and Spanish fluent mandatory, French is a plus
